About Me

My Story

Want to know my story?
Wow! I am curious to tell you about my story.

The story begins when I was too young and was 13 years old, I was not an active person but…I had a love for “yoga”, which still is. I used to do yoga but not so regular with it too. Being a child I did not know the importance of eating the right meals. Before having a meal I used to ask my MOM, what is in today’s meal? If there is something I don’t like to eat, I skip that meal, which was happening on a regular basis.

At the age of 15, I started feeling pain in my stomach. We couldn’t find the exact problem since 2016, at the end I was diagnosed with the kidney stone of 8mm which damaged my kidney up to 65%, even doctors were not sure about recovery can happen after surgery. Then I got operated.

The days in the hospital made me realize how important is to taking of health. I hate those days when I was having a feeling of helplessness and the pain of syringe all day. All the people around me were suffering from some kind of disease and lying broken. The smell of those medicines in the hospital was like shittt!!!! I back well, but decided to take care of my health and make fitness a lifestyle.

Fitness is not about being better than someone else. It’s about being better than you used to be.

This is what I believe.

Three things to live a healthy and life physically and mentally:-

Gratitude for what we have, whether it is family, life or good health.

Be physically active everyday. You can engage in any form of physical activity like exercise, sports, gym, yoga, etc,.

Eat healthily. Try to avoid unhealthy and junk food.
